As inventory levels continue to rise, several cities in the Phoenix Metro have fallen into the “Buyer’s Market” category (Maricopa, Queen Creek, and Buckeye). While we’re working on a LUXE BLOG with more info, the bottom line is the market has greatly changed. With that out of the way, today we take another look at Optima Kierland condos for sale. Looking at both residential buildings (7120 and 7180), as of August 9th, 2022, there were 12 resale listings on the MLS. Out of these 12 properties, 8 were in 7120 and 4 were in 7180. Overall, prices ranged from $700,000 to $3,750,000.
As of July 13th, 2022, there were 10 total listings in Optima Kierland (7120 and 7180). While two extra listings do not tell us much, we can safely tell you inventory is WAY up across the entire valley. Sellers are having to make concessions and reality is setting in, the boom of 2020-22 is OVER. Period. End of story.
