As of late, the United States real estate market has changed a TON. What's funny is all the real estate gurus out there claiming they have stats to prove their points. Some say the market is stabilizing, others say it is crashing. Here's the reality, NOBODY knows what will happen. Why? First off, every recession, real estate market change, etc. is different. The United States real estate market had never seen a "2008 Crash" before. In the modern day, we've never seen a pandemic and the kind of low rates that were offered. We can debate talking points all day long. From borrowers having tons of equity to having being extremely qualified, we've heard it all. And while we're not here to be doom and gloomy, we are here to BE HONEST.

We do not know what is going to happen. Why would we even sell real estate if we knew the future? Point is, we could argue both sides of the coin (and even in-between points). But we won't.
