The Latest Construction Progress

Williams Luxury Homes recently did another hard hat tour of the Ritz-Carlton, Paradise Valley construction site. When talking about multi-billion-dollar developments, it’s always encouraging to see progress. These types of properties take an incredibly long time and massive amounts of resources. Given the current status of everything going on in the world, we liked what we saw on this most recent visit. From the cabinets being delivered for the villas to the clubhouse looking incredible, much was going on. Additionally, the guard gate for the estate residences looks awesome. In regards to the FENDI Private Residences and The Palmeraie, not much is happening yet. In closing, we love the Ritz-Carlton, Paradise Valley Residences. This is a world-class project and arguably the finest real estate development in Arizona history.
