Looking at the latest info, It appears OMMV will not go on sale until late 2024 (at the earliest). It could even be early 2025. Before sales begin, the developer may accept small reservation deposits. For right now, there is no official info on how things will take place. Currently, prospective buyers can put their names on an interest list.
