Gettin' On The Map

As big fans of the North Scottsdale area, we're consistently posting updates here on LUXE BLOG about the area. And what an area it is! Or should we say, what it is BECOMING? There is so much already there, but it is only growing. Being that we specialize in high-end real estate, we wanted to share a map showing what can be found around the condo development known as Portico. Instead of just sharing the map of how great their location is, we decided to use this as an opportunity to talk a little more about the area as a whole.

First Off

We have done many past articles here on LUXE BLOG in regards to the North Scottsdale area. Obviously, we're fans of it. North Scottsdale is home to the Scottsdale Airpark, which is basically a mini city with nearly 3,000 businesses and over 50,000 employees. Some big names like GoDaddy, JDA Software, and Quicken Loans have their office headquarters there. It's also a hub for healthcare.

Interesting Data

According to Area Vibes, North Scottsdale has a Livability Score of 77 out of 100, which is exceptional. Cost of living and real estate prices are higher than other parts of Scottsdale. So, if you're ballin' on a budget, you might want to keep that in mind.

There Is A Ton Of Development Going On Around Scottsdale Road and Loop 101

Let's get to the good stuff: food and fun. One of the hot spots in North Scottsdale is the Talavera at Four Seasons Resort. It's a contemporary Spanish steakhouse that serves up traditional Latin ingredients and over 500 new and old world wines. We here at WLH love Talavera!

• JW Marriott Resort & Wildfire Golf Club: A resort and golf club that's perfect for those who want to relax and unwind
• High-end shops & boutiques: When in North Scottsdale, make sure to check out Scottsdale Quarter and Kierland Commons
