Located on and around The Phoenician Golf Course, the properties being built in this ultra luxury neighborhood are exciting to say the least. As of early November 2022, the first of the 30 golf villas have begun to close escrow and will continue closing into 2023. Under construction are 160 luxury condominiums being built in five, four-story buildings. The first of these two buildings are the Mountainside Residences and the Camelback Residences. The Mountain Club will be a private club for owners of real estate in Ascent At The Phoenician. The Mountain Club is expected to become one of Arizona’s most exciting destinations for social gatherings and wellness!
