With a CMI of 114.5, on October 13th, Cave Creek is the 4th strongest performing market in all of Greater Phoenix (behind Paradise Valley, Fountain Hills, and Scottsdale). In comparison, as of Oct. 21st, the worst performing market in Greater Phoenix had a CMI of 51.4 (Buckeye).
