As big fans of Ascent at The Phoenician, we often stop by the new community. From helping our clients secure golf villas to working closely with the development sales team, Ascent at The Phoenician is part of our everyday life. As of early February 2023, approx. 68 of Ascent's first 70 residences offered to the market have been sold. Additionally, Phase 2 of sales is about to begin!

Those interested in the Early Registration Program, this time for the exclusive Camelback Residences, may put down a refundable 5k deposit (contact form below). Sometime around spring or summer 2023, when the Public Report is issued, deposit holders will be taken into hard contract status.

About The Camelback Residences

The Camelback Residences will consist of two luxury condo buildings. Building A will have 32 units, and Building B will feature 28 condominiums. Pricing for this next round of sales is expected to average around $1,250 per square foot. What affects the price per square foot? Everything from a unit's floor, view, upgrades, and location in the building play a factor.
