From our regular photo construction updates to having clients in the project, we're big supporters of Ascent at The Phoenician. In fact, we just attended another stellar event there yesterday. Ascent At The Phoenician is a world-class development in a world-class resort by a world-class developer. Featuring three product offerings (golf villas, condos, and estates), buyers of the golf villas at Ascent will begin to close escrow starting THIS WEEK. We see this as a positive event for the Greater Phoenix area. With how much things are correcting in our local market, the closings of these properties are healthy. We should point out prices ranged in price from approx. $2 to $3.2 million.
