Originally, from St. Louis, Missouri, I moved to Phoenix in 1995 and found my way into the Mortgage Banking world in 1998. Working with a great Mentor, he taught me that if you give your clients a fair deal and keep them informed, you will always have clients recommending you and your services. I still practice those same rules today. Currently, I am working for W.J. Bradley Mortgage. Our company has several products we offer to all of my clients. I specialize in FHA loans, Conventional loans, 203K loans (rehab loans) and First-time Homebuyers. With that said, W.J. Bradley and I both have the same philosophy that service and making sure that the client comes first during every transaction, is the key to our success. I pride myself in keeping both my Realtors and clients informed every step of the way. The last thing any client or Realtor should be worrying about is “what’s going on with my loan”? I even offer a FREE 1-hour consultation with an Attorney to help with questions you may have about buying or selling a home. I have been approved by the Arizona State Banking Department and was the Responsible Individual for Quicken Loans from 2003-2007. (Fortunes Top 100 companies)
I also believe in giving back to the community and helping others in need. Currently, I am the Vice President for the Paradise Valley Chamber of Commerce. I enjoy helping business owners grow their companies while making a difference in the community. Moreover, with every loan that funds through me with W.J. Bradley Mortgage, 10% of my net profits will be donated to cancer research and families that have been financially affected by the disease.
